Licence
Digital programmes are licensed to the purchaser for personal, non-commercial use only. They may not be copied, shared, resold or uploaded elsewhere.
Access & compatibility
The customer is responsible for compatible equipment, software & internet access. Access details must be kept secure.
Immediate supply & cancellation
Where immediate access is requested during the statutory cancellation period, checkout will ask for express consent & acknowledgement that the cancellation right is lost once supply begins.
Quality & remedies
Digital content will be provided with reasonable care & skill & must match its description. Statutory remedies remain available.
