Delivery
Orders are dispatched to the address supplied at checkout. Delivery cost & timing are shown before payment. Limited releases may carry specific fulfilment windows.
Changing your mind
For eligible physical goods, UK consumers normally have 14 days from receipt to notify us of cancellation & a further 14 days to return the goods. Contact us before returning anything so return authorisation & instructions can be issued.
Return condition
Items must be handled only as reasonably necessary to inspect them. Deductions may be made where value has been reduced by excessive handling.
Exclusions
Personalised goods, sealed hygiene-sensitive goods once unsealed & immediately supplied digital content where the cancellation right was validly waived may be excluded.
Faulty or incorrect goods
Contact us promptly with the order number & evidence where helpful. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
Refunds
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. Original standard delivery may be refundable where required by law.

Please contact hq@spearheadhq.co.uk & obtain return authorisation before sending goods. The full returns address is supplied with the authorised instructions.
